Depression Should Not Be Ignored | New Health and Fitness

New Health And Fitness.Org - Health Information You Can Use

Over the past year we have seen an extreme trade off between living well and surviving; with the sharp down turn in the economical financial district, bailouts, and unemployment on the rise how can anyone live comfortably?

It has been often said, ?If you have your health you have everything?, and in this economy your health really is everything because jobs will come and go, you might even end up moving once or twice but your body is a one time deal, and this is why positive changes towards a better health will increase the all-around way you feel about live.

Let?s back up here for a moment and define a few terms that will help with the navigation: Medicare is health insurance for the following: people 65 or older, people under 65 with certain disabilities, people of any age with End-Stage Renal Disease. Medicaid is for those individuals with lower incomes, older people, people with disabilities, and some families and children. There is also the new Health Reform Act which under the president?s plan would be to create a government-sponsored health insurance program that would be an option for all Americans, ensuring every American would have the option for health insurance. The president has been quoted as saying, he?d ?like to see? prohibitions against insurers discriminating against people with pre-existing conditions, and incentives for people to use preventive services and wellness plans.

We have all been there probably once or twice in our lives, where we did not want to get out of bed, or felt utterly depressed about something tragic that has happened in our lives but the key is not to stay under the covers but get out, seek help if necessary, and enjoy life.

If you are not working then you might fit into one of these health insurance categories: Medicare, which is health insurance for people over 65, and people under 65 with certain disabilities. Medicaid is for those individuals with lower incomes, older people, people with disabilities, and some families and children- Medicaid was set up as a public health insurance for its poorest, Medicaid is a partnership between the state and federal governments.

If you are not among one of these people whose feeling good and willing to get out into the world but sad, lonely, lethargic, and or depressed then it might be time to visit a medical professional. Your doctor can examine you to see if there is maybe a chemical imbalance, low on nutrients, deficiencies in the body that are depleting any energy you have. Once you have met with your doctor you will be given some health tips, maybe some prescribed medications, and the support you need to get back on your feet. Everyone deserves to be happy and feel good, and the way I see it some times we just need a little help and support.

Why wait for new changes in health law before taking advantage of getting your bills paid for and out of the way; why wait to see a doctor when an illness arrives, why wait at all when you have a personal health advocate waiting to help you, they recognize the special needs of the most valuable population to date the poor, young, elderly, and chronically ill. With the advocates personal touch your needs and answers will address and you will be on your way to great health care.

As Social Service Coordinators is the leading health advocate provider in the nation their goal is to help qualified Medicare members fill out the necessary paperwork so there is never a gab in coverage, keeping members healthier than ever.
